Hello Avid Readers!

Have you ever read a book that just captivated you from beginning to end? A book that absolutely pulled you into the pages and had you feeling like one of the main characters.

Well that's what happened to me this week. I fell in love with two incredible reads.

And I just could not wait to tell you about them. Of course they are both romance novels. I can not deny that I am a romantic at heart.

Tempted To Touch by Sophia Shaw and All Night Lover by Sylvia Lett were two sizzling hot reads. I read a book a day. I literally could not put these books down. Both books are Keepers and are highly recommended to all book lovers who are sweet on a fabulous romance novel.

Hello Avid Readers!

Memorial Day marks the start of summer reading season. So tell us what books you will be reading.

Hot on my must read list is Darius Jones by Mary B. Morrison, which is destined to be another sensational novel by one of my favorite writers.

Another book that has caught my eye is Trouble Down The Road by Bettye Griffin. This novel goes behind the curtains of one very complicated Florida cul-de-sac, where the neighbors are a little too close for comfort...Sounds like my neighborhood! Can't wait to read it.

Two The Hard Way by Travis Hunter is also on my list. And of course I will be reading the new novel by E. Lynn Harris, In My Father's House.

Today, I want you to tell me what type of books you enjoy reading.

Personally, I enjoy romance novels, action packed fiction, mystery, suspense, and of course who doesn't enjoy reading about a little drama.

I really like to read good books that grab me from the first page and sweeps me off into the storyline. Books that deliver great characters with interesting lives.

Great dialogue is a must as well. You must keep my interest and build on it. Lately, I've read some intriguing novels that made me want to read more even after the story was done. Now, that's a good read.
